Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy a domain name from NeuraNames through neuranames.com. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. About us
NeuraNames is a trading name of Samaruh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15373775), registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Contact: support@neuranames.com.
2. What you are buying
You are buying the registration of the domain name listed, transferred into your own registrar account. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the sale does not include any website, content, logo, trademark, business or other asset.
3. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and are the full price for the domain. We may change prices, or withdraw a name from sale, at any time before you complete a purchase. If a name is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price and will refund you in full.
4. Offers
An offer is not binding on either side until we accept it in writing by email.
5. Payment
- Names under $10,000 can be paid for by card through Stripe.
- Larger names are paid for through Escrow.com. Escrow.com holds your payment until you confirm you have received the domain. The Escrow.com fee is split equally between you and us unless we agree otherwise.
Your use of Stripe or Escrow.com is also governed by their own terms.
6. Transfer
We will start the transfer within one business day of your card payment being confirmed, or of Escrow.com confirming your funds are secured. You will need an account with a domain registrar that supports the extension you are buying. Most transfers complete within a few days, but timing depends on the registrars and registry involved. Ownership passes to you when the transfer completes. From then on, renewal fees and the domain's upkeep are your responsibility.
7. If we cannot transfer the name
Our names are also listed on other marketplaces. If a name has already been sold elsewhere, or we cannot transfer it for any other reason, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. That refund is the full extent of our obligation in that situation.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel and receive a full refund at any time before we start the transfer. Once the transfer has started at your request, the sale is final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. By asking us to start the transfer straight away, you agree that you lose this right once the transfer is complete.
If a payment is reversed or disputed after the domain has been transferred to you, we may take steps to recover the domain or the payment.
9. Trademarks and your own checks
Our names are invented to give you the best possible starting point, but we make no promise that you can register or use any name as a trademark, company name or social media handle in any country. You are responsible for carrying out your own checks before you buy.
10. Our liability
If we fail to meet these terms, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the domain. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
